Supporting transitions and well-being:
Promotion and onboarding, Organisational change, Returning to work, Redundancy, Retirement
Coaching groups or individuals through, or leading up to change, provides vital support. Writing for ourselves, as a reflective and problem-solving tool not only supports people through particular transitions and challenges, but gives people a resource they can use throughout their personal and working life. If individuals are supported and resourceful, this has positive effects not only to the business but to those around them.
Writing improves overall well-being and gives everyone a chance to be heard. It supports the business through empowering and inspiring it's people.
As well as coaching for transition, regular or one-off workshops can give participants much needed headspace, fun and a place to express themselves. See below for some examples of regular and one-off workshops.
Feel free to book in some time to chat about how you want to help your employees, or those you serve and how I could help.
