"The Creative Journaling session delivered by Claire was brilliant. Everyone enjoyed the session, it felt really inclusive and fun whilst also creating an environment where people felt confident to share and express their words. The end result was exactly what we had hoped for!"

£10 per session or six for £51
Write for your Life - Creative group journaling - Monthly - 1 hour - 6.45-7.45pm
It’s like journaling but with others! Trust me, it’s fun, supportive, rewarding and creative too.
We use free-writing and discussion to explore various topics. This combination of writing and sharing (always optional) never fails to connect those taking part in the joys and challenges of being human. It can also be a lot of fun and a great creative outlet.
It could be a new season, a painting or National Penguin Day that we take for our inspiration in this session. Whilst still great for self-reflection, these sessions are more open to allow our imagination to go any which way they please. It’s for those who want to get writing and sharing with others in a fun, supportive setting.
No writing talent, knowledge or experience - and definitely no grammar - is required.
All sessions are great for stress relief, confidence, and uncovering different perspectives and sometimes surprising insights. It’s also a lovely way to celebrate your ‘you’-ness and realise that you're never alone when you have a pen in your hand.
Also available as on 1:1, contact me for more information.
